Description

Swiss Blue Topaz Cushion Cut – 5mm

Natural Swiss Blue Topaz, precision cut into a 5mm cushion shape and finished with a brilliant faceting style that enhances its vibrant, bright blue colour and sparkle.

Swiss Blue Topaz is loved for its distinctive bright blue tone, sitting between the lighter Sky Blue Topaz and the deeper London Blue variety.

The cushion cut combines softly rounded corners with brilliant facets, making this gemstone an excellent choice for contemporary and classic jewellery designs.

Gemstone: Natural Topaz
Colour: Swiss Blue
Shape/Cut: Cushion Cut
Size: 5mm
Origin: Brazil
Treatment: Irradiated and heat treated
Clarity: Eye clean
Suitable for: Rings, earrings, pendants and other fine jewellery

Our Swiss Blue Topaz is sourced in Brazil and professionally cut by skilled Brazilian lapidaries. As is standard for Swiss Blue Topaz, the natural topaz is treated using irradiation followed by heat treatment to produce its characteristic vivid blue colour.

The 5mm size is particularly versatile for jewellery makers and designers, working beautifully as a centre stone in a delicate ring or pendant, or as a matching pair for earrings.
